Our fees cover accompaniment only: transport, butler concierge, and interpreter support.

  • $39 — Service deposit (lock your schedule)
  • $199 — Single guest full payment
  • $160 — Single guest final payment (after deposit)
  • $60 — Extra guest surcharge (per additional person)

Any fees charged by your chosen medical facility are separate and paid directly to that facility.

Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling

Deposit ($39 USD): Confirms your booking and reserves your support team (driver, butler concierge, interpreter).

Full payment ($199 USD): One-step payment for eligible single-guest accompaniment packages.

Remaining balance ($160 USD): Pay after the $39 deposit when applicable.

Extra person ($60 USD): Per additional guest surcharge when booking for more than one person.

Rescheduling: One free date change is generally available when requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed visit.

Refunds: Deposit may be non-refundable after schedule confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. See your Shopify checkout policy links for full terms.

Medical treatment: Hospital or clinic fees are paid directly to your chosen facility and are not included in our service pricing. We do not provide medical treatment or diagnosis.
