Are you a hospital or clinic?

No. We are an independent accompaniment service. We provide transport, butler concierge, and bilingual interpreter support — not medical treatment, diagnosis, or hospital affiliation.

Do you support English communication?

Yes. We provide bilingual English-Chinese support throughout scheduling and in-person accompaniment on your visit day.

How much does accompaniment cost?

Payment options are $39 USD booking deposit, $199 USD full payment (one guest), or $160 USD remaining balance after deposit. Extra guests: $60 USD per person. Medical facility fees are separate.

Can I request door-to-door transport?

Yes. Service includes dedicated driver, personal butler concierge, and interpreter support for your medical visit day in Shanghai.

Where do I pay the booking deposit?

Pay the $39 USD deposit first. Then pay $160 USD remaining balance when instructed, or choose the $199 USD full payment product directly.

Can I change my appointment after deposit payment?

One free reschedule is generally available when requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed visit, subject to our written refund and rescheduling policy on the Pricing page.

Does the chat provide medical advice?
